Modest Beginning

Finally i managed to smuggle  few pics of my cherished garden :)

I just moved to our new house in Kochi , so  i can say i have hand  picked plants & the process is on ....

This is the well top @ home.....I have decked it up with few potted plants i had .Target is to have a complete green cover over the well. This is  modest beginning i can quote :) 

This is the money plant cover i have :) 

I always get fascinated with these leaves especially the combo of yellow & green .

Oh byw, the black pot (i wud post a better pic next time ), is from my great grand mothers house its close to 90 yrs old .She used to store tamarind in this . 

Its my favorite pot :)

Well that's it for now, next weeks target is  to capture my vegetable patch --> progress   .

I just have this bottle gourd sapling growing in my kitchen garden .It looks strong ,lets see how it develops.

My kitchen Garden

So finally i got what i always wanted to do............. my dream ,my wish is coming true ............:) my own garden space.......... Thnx Ma for all your support :)

My kitchen garden is bubbling with life these days :)

i have tomatoes 
humble brinjal samplings
lean lady fingers :)
healthy kovaikya (scientific : Coccinia grandis)
 green chillies 
spinach .....

They add such brilliant  color to my kitchen backyard ,that i have fallen in love again :) :P

Ohh i always wanted this ......
